FAQ
Questions we get every week
Can a lithium pack replace my lead-acid battery directly?
In most cases yes, as long as the voltage matches and the tray fits. The charger usually has to change, because a lithium pack needs a constant current–constant voltage profile with a different cut-off. Send us a photo of your existing battery and charger and we will confirm before you order.
How long does a pack last in daily e-rickshaw use?
At one full cycle a day, a LiFePO4 traction pack typically runs four to six years before it drops to 80% of rated capacity. Heat, overloading and cheap chargers are what shorten that, which is why we supply the matched charger with the pack.
What does the warranty actually cover?
Cell failure, BMS failure and capacity falling below 80% within the warranty period. It does not cover physical damage, water ingress, use of an unapproved charger, or a pack opened by someone other than us or an authorised dealer.
Do you deliver outside Uttar Pradesh?
Yes. Lithium batteries travel under specific packing and documentation rules, so we use carriers approved for them. Delivery is usually three to six days depending on the state, and freight is quoted with the pack.
Can you build a pack to my own specification?
That is most of what we do. Give us the voltage, capacity, maximum continuous current, connector type and the space available, and we will come back with a design, a weight and a price.
What happens to my old batteries?
We arrange collection of old lead-acid and lithium batteries through registered recyclers. Tell us the quantity when you order and we will include it in the delivery plan.
